We process generated videos, thumbnails, and related output files so results can be displayed, downloaded, or saved by the user. Uploaded media, temporary processing files, and generated results may be temporarily stored while the requested operation is completed and the result is delivered.
2.3 Device and App Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type and operating-system version, app version and language settings, app interactions and features used, crash logs and diagnostic information, and network and performance information. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
2.4 Purchases
Lumiora may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play, Apple, or another applicable platform provider. We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchased-product information, purchase status, and subscription status to verify purchases and provide premium features.

The user must actively select content and initiate the generation operation. Lumiora does not secretly capture photos or videos or upload media in the background without a user-initiated action.
Selected content is used only to perform the requested operation, deliver the generated result, protect the security of the service, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal requirements. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unrealistic. Users should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, including AI processing providers, cloud hosting or temporary storage providers, analytics or crash-reporting providers, platform providers used to process purchases, and legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
These providers may process information only for the purpose of providing their services and are required to protect it according to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Uploaded photos, text prompts, temporary processing files, and generated results are retained only for the time needed to complete the requested operation and deliver the result. Where technically feasible, uploaded media, temporary processing files, and generated results are deleted from our active systems within 24 hours after processing is completed.
Crash logs and technical diagnostic information may be retained for up to 90 days. Purchase and subscription records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal obligations. Support communications may be retained for up to 12 months after a request is resolved, unless longer retention is required by law.
