Content may be processed by automated AI systems to generate outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated content. You should review outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them.
We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
You may not use Lumiora to create, upload, generate, distribute, or promote content that:

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings. We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your behavior may harm the service or other users, or suspension is required by law or regulatory request. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, content, revenue, or business opportunities; or issues arising from user-provided or generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your generated outputs, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or on relevant pages. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
